At This Workshop

What you'll walk away with

One hour, one free lunch, and a clear picture of what's holding your game — and your body — back.

📈

Why pickleball injuries are increasing

The real reasons behind the sport's injury boom — and which ones are completely preventable.

🏃

What your movement patterns are doing to your joints

How everyday mechanics on the court quietly stress your shoulders, knees, hips, and back over time.

🛡️

How to improve balance, mobility & stability — fast

Simple, doctor-backed strategies you can start using on your very next game day.

The Triple 7 Framework

Before. During. After.

Dr. Banman's simple 3-stage framework for injury prevention — the same one covered live at the workshop.

Before the Game

Prime for performance

Hydration, dynamic warm-ups, and activation — dynamic warm-ups alone can reduce injuries by up to 36%.

During the Game

Play smart, not harder

Footwork, posture, and pacing — fatigue alone slows reaction time by 10–15%.

After the Game

Recover to perform again

Structured recovery improves muscle repair by 25–35% and cuts overuse injuries by 2–3x.
